Michael S. Hudson
President / CEO / Founder
Power Lifestyles International, Inc.

Mr. Hudson has spent the last 30 years providing leadership in the development of successful organizations, as an executive and consultant. With an emphasis on business development and marketing, he has helped launch companies in health care (nutrition), technology (small dish satellite systems), and Internet (web systems for affinity organizations). Mr. Hudson has acted as V.P. of Sales for a large start-up person-to-person marketing company, and previously built the second largest independent rep organization in a health products person-to-person marketing company. Mr. Hudson also built and owned a direct-to-consumer business selling personal computers, that penetrated consumer markets in 36 states. In 2004, Mr. Hudson was retained as a consultant to train sales reps for a company introducing a new healthy energy drink that generated over $10 million in sales its first year, even though it was marketed in less than 35 stores of a large national retail chain. After watching over 10,000 presentations of this other energy drink to prospective customers, he realized that a similar but healthier energy drink, if marketed more strategically, could become the lead product of a successful nutritional marketing company. In early 2006, Mr. Hudson found the right nutritional experts to formulate this new healthier energy drink, along with other impact products, and is now completing the business development process in order to launch sales in 2007.
