When you Start Your Own Business as an Independent Business Owner (IBO), you immediately have opportunity to earn as much income as you like, just by facilitating sales of our products. There are 7 ways to earn this income:

The chart below details our compensation plan to IBOs for helping us introduce our products to new customers. Click on it to expand it to a legible and printable size.

Personal Retail Profit – As an IBO, you purchase our products at a 25% discount to the Retail Price, and then can resell these products to others at ANY profit margin you choose … which is called your Personal Retail Profit. Ex: If you purchased $200.00 (Retail Price) of products, which you would pay $150.00 for, and sold them to others at the Retail Price, then your gross Personal Retail Profit would be $50.00.

Online Retail Profit – If you use your Personal Marketing Site (which looks just like this one), to introduce others to our products and Income Opportunity, and they choose to purchase products while on your Site, then we will pay you an Online Retail Profit of the difference between what they pay and what you would pay as an IBO. Ex: If 2 people come to your site and purchase $60.00 (Retail Price) of our products, then we will send you an Online Retail Profit of $30.00 … representing $60.00 + $60.00 = $120.00 (what they paid) MINUS $90.00 (what you paid) = $30.00.

Power Bonuses – As an Active IBO, when you purchase either Marketing Pak, you are qualified to receive a Power Bonus each time someone in your Personal Organization, within your first 5 Generations, purchases a Marketing Pak. Ex: If you are qualified, and an IBO that you signed up decides to purchase a PowerStart Marketing Pak ($199.95), and another new IBO in your 3rd Generation purchases a FastStart Marketing Pak ($99.95), then your Power Bonuses would total $82.00 ($80.00 + $2.00).

Leadership Bonuses – As an Active IBO, when you qualify for the positions of Director, Senior Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President, for 2 consecutive months, then we will pay you a one-time Leadership Bonus of $250.00, $500.00, $1,000.00 and $2,000.000, respectively.

Group Commissions – These are the commissions that most people think of when they think of People-to-People Marketing (Network Marketing). As an Active IBO, when IBOs in your Personal Organization purchase products, then you can earn a Group Commission on those that are in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Generations, with the amount to be based on which Position you have qualified for. Ex: If you are an Active Director, that has 3, 6, 9 and 12 IBOs on your 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generations, respectively, who purchase an average of $150.00 of products each (between their personal purchases and those of their online customers), then you would receive Group Commissions of $414.00 (1st: $450.00x5%=$22.50 + 2nd: $900.00x10%=$90.00 + 3rd: $1,350.00x5%= $112.50 + 4th: $1,800.00x10%=$180.00).

Split-Infinity Commissions – What if, you could earn commissions from product sales of IBOs that someday will reside on your 20th, 30th, 40th Generation, etc.? Well you can, with Split-Infinity Commissions. As an Active Vice President or Senior Vice President, you will earn a 1% or 3% Split-Infinity Commission on all sales of IBOs on all Generations, down to the next IBO earning the same percentage Split-Infinity Commission. Ex: If you are an Active Vice President, and there are no other IBOs in your Personal Organization that are qualified as a Vice President or Senior Vice President, and you have 350 IBOs in your Personal Organization that have purchased an average of $150.00 (between their personal purchases and those of their online customers), then you would earn Split-Infinity Commissions of $525.00 (350 x $150 = $52,500.00 x 1% = $525.00).

Sales Achievement Bonuses – Every month, we sponsor sales rewards programs. These programs reward different IBOs for top achievement. Any IBO, has a fair opportunity to earn a Sales Achievement Bonus.
