      Product Guarantee/Return Policy





      Retail Customers

      If for any reason you, our customer, are not completely satisfied with one of our products, then you will receive, at your discretion, either a replacement or refund ... unconditionally! You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a 100% refund. Beyond the initial 90 days, and up until 180 days from the date of purchase, you may exchange the product for a like product, minus a 20% restocking fee. To proceed with your refund or exchange, please complete the following easy steps:

      If you purchased the product directly from an Independent Business Owner (IBO):
      • Contact the IBO who sold you the product, and explain what you want to do.

      • Provide that IBO with the packaging from the product, any remaining product, and a signed copy of the receipt the IBO provided you when you purchased the product.

      • The IBO will provide you, at your discretion, either a new like product, or a refund of your purchase price, plus tax.
      If you purchased the product directly from Power Lifestyles International:
      • Call our Customer Service department (866.688.7438), have your related Invoice in front of you (if possible), and describe what you want to do.

      • We will issue you a Return of Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA").

      • Place the product's packaging, along with any remaining product, in a shipping container, mark the container with your RMA, enclose a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and RMA, and mail the container to our offices (at your expense), to:

      • Upon receipt of your product packaging and request, we will provide you, within 5 business days, either a new like product or refund by check or credit to your credit card.
